Item Shop Gives Me An Error

Title: Item Shop Gives Me An Error

Description: As I stated above item shop gives me an error. It says well "error" and that is all. Let me post a screenshot.

Server: Aeterna. American Runes Of Magic. There is only 1 server anyway.

That is a bit frustrating and it makes it a bit pointless the game to play without item shop. That is what I say. :wacko: By the way my version is 7.2.1.2829

The same is happening on EU too since months

You need to reopen and close over 10 times sometime to get it to work.

Very user friendly or not. :thumbdown:

How am I supposed to fix this? It has almost been 2 days?.. Closing and reoppining and waiting does not chance it too. I think changing zones would not fix it too. I changed zones few times after error still comes.

Hello Fifio,

Can you please describe a little more about your problem?
  • What Windows and version you have? (32-/64- bit)
  • What is happening (image of the error and description would be helpful)
  • Is it on all characters / accounts?
I assume you use the Chrome as default browser, can you also please try to change default browser to IE or any other?

I already describe the issue in earlier post with a screenshot endless times of just error error

64 windows

happens on all acounts /chars

i have no intention to change my browser for the idiotic IS not even temporarily it should work with any browser of MY choice

the new IS is just poison and not a tiny bit user friendly compared to the old
