Addons Won't Install

I've downloaded the new Twitch Desktop Client, however whenever I hit update on an addon that was installed already I got an error message (forgot the message now).
I ended up removing all addons and attempting to reinstall them but I was still getting the same error message. I went ahead and completely uninstalled the Twitch Desktop Client and reinstalled it, however now when I find an addon and hit install nothing happens. Is anyone else having a problem installing addons with the Twitch Desktop Client? Is there anything I can do to at least get a couple addons installed?

You can always install addons manually by downloading it from Curse and extracting the zip file to rom/interface/addons

Thank you Borella. I was having the same issue. Question though.. If I already have the add on installed, do I remove it first and re-download or are existing add ons just updated?
