multiple problems

I played RoM for a while then my computer broke. When I got back to it my account was not there, I assume from inactivity.
So I made another e-mail account so I could play again. After a while realized I was in the wrong region and couldn't communicate with anyone. Then the server merge: when I logged in my character was GONE. So I got disgusted and quit.
Now i would like to play again even if I have to start over. I even started a third e-mail account so I could play.
Game won't load. Client starts up, updates load, Bottom load bar stops at 79%, Top bar goes to 100% then shuts down and starts all over... and over, and over...
I reinstalled for each e-mail account. Same thing for all of them. Yes, that's 3 installs this week.
I sent a support ticket with the game and my account name. They sent back an e-mail asking what game and account name.
I guess my question is: With someone like me, who has no patience for a game that won't play, at what point do I completely stop having anything to do with anything Gameforge related? :cursing:

  1. There's a like 2 dozen updates. Just leave it overnight or something.
  2. If you stop using anything Gameforge related you'd be doing yourself a favor.

I guess you're right, maybe I should just give up. lol
Gave it one more shot, 5 updates for me, but something still badly wrong.
It put me at the Pioneers camp but I can't talk to anyone. I can kill things but can't get items from the corpse. Interface seems screwy, blank spot where my character should be(upper left corner). Click on everything - nothing. Only minimize and maximize. X doesn't work, must CTR-ALT-DEL.
Do you have any further advice?

Seriously don't bother Gameforge couldn't care less about this game find something better to play.

Such a shame. All the best games are either discontinued or neglected. Anyone who pays to play these games just makes it worse. Thanks and goodbye gameforge

We've had some server issues last night, they are resolved now.

Thanks to that GAMEFORGE EMPLOYEE that is taking care of stuff when everyone else in europe is sleeping.
