Yes, we know the website uses cookies. I have read the policy top to bottom and bottom to top and I have clicked the got it button a thousand times.

I haven't seen it yet. Actually, in light of the new internet regulations in the EU, I am surprised that I haven't. If you have a router with a dynamic (changing) IP address it will keep popping up.
I have a credit union account that challenges my device ID EVERY TIME I log in from the same PC. They can't figure why and I guess in the end it doesn't really matter.
