Summary: Collect 20 [Bitterleaf]. Bring them to Mika Wells

Quest content:

As a member of the Materials Dpartment, I'm Responsible for
gathering and shipping materials used by our organization. If you
have any extra materials, consider exchanging them with us.

Basic Herb Resource Package (using it will yield either herb materials,

Someone showed me a place:
The quickest way to acquire Bitterleaf
is by going North/East of Silversprings:
in Zurhidon Camp ( 66 East-West, 22 North-South).

Bitterleaf is around the plane-lands of Zurhidon Camp
Mapple wood is around the planes-lands of Zurhidon Camp
Iron Ore is around the hills of Zurhidon Camp

There are many ways to get Bitterleaf. Gathering, Planting, Auction house, some NPCs and your guild. Go inside your guild castle and go to the Field. Click it and you should get a stack of 99 little shovels (one stack per day) click the field again and you will start to "farm" Herbs and some may be Bitterleaf. If you are on Mithras, tell me your character and I'll send ya some free.

I forget the exact areas that Bitterleaf can be gathered but the level of monsters in the area is really close to the level of the mat and there is usually more than one zone where various mats can be gathered. There are a few exceptions to that as you may later see.

A note on the mat farming in your guild castle. You get a 99 stack on all 3 mat types each day. It takes a long time to farm a stack of 99. Best to do that while you eat lunch, run to store, take a nap or go to work. Gather your 3 stacks everyday and some will build up. When you get 5 or so stacks of one mat type, load them up and take a road trip.

Your speed at guild mat farming is related to your character's level so use your highest class to do it.

You will get a few Hardwork Crystals. Don't trash them. Sell in auction house for 5k less than the lowest.

I have done those quests with those 6 NPCs only a few times. Most often I got another mat or 2. Once a stone or nail for crafting. Once and only once, I got Handcrafted rubies.

okay when you give them the mats, they will want it in the WHITE form. If you have green, blue or purple forms, you can right click them to disassemble them. You WILL lose a portion of what you started with but it works.
