Elite skills question

I started as r/s, then added warrior as a third class. At level 75 I decided 3 classes consumed too much xp and tp, so I have been doing rogue and warrior only since then. I decuded to work on getting scout up to cap, and noticed that i do not have the s/w and w/s elites at level 60 and 70. Do I have to do that mess over again, or am I missing something simple?

You should just have to go back to the NPC that gave you the elites and chat 'em up again.

I didn't bother with the 70s yet on my old toon but that's all that was needed for the 60s.

Thanks. The level 70 elites are a much simpler thing than the 60's. Most classes benefit from it. I would recommend you chase them down.

For the 60's all you have to do is talk to the guy at the farm in Silverspring. For the 70s all you have to do is talk to the dragon in the sanctuary. If you go for the 70 first you may or may not have to talk to the guy at the farm, sometimes it gives you your 60 also.

Ive always had to talk to guy for 60 elite, then 70 elite, Otherwise you get a message that says you arent ready.

For the very first time....sure. For third and fourth classes not necessarily. For Druids, well, they don't even need to talk to anyone, it is automatic on reaching 60 or 70.
