AYUDA, No puedo ni entrar al juego

Pues resulta que baje el juego, se instalo y se actualizo correctamente, y a la hora de abrirlo me aparece esto! QUE PUEDO HACER AYUDA... Aqui estan los requerimentos y el error =S =S
